SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing

1.1 Orders are processed only after receipt of payment or confirmation of approved credit terms.

1.2 Standard processing time (Ex-Works from source country): 1 to 6 weeks prior to dispatch.

2. Shipping Methods

2.1 Domestic: Courier / freight forwarding.

2.2 International: Air freight, Sea freight, or Courier under agreed Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW, DDP, etc.).

3. Shipping Costs

3.1 Calculated based on product weight, volume, and destination.

3.2 Duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges are the Buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

3.3 Any delay in payment of duties/taxes resulting in storage charges shall be borne by the Buyer.

4. Delivery Timeline

4.1 Domestic deliveries: typically 3–10 working days.

4.2 International deliveries: typically 2–8 weeks, depending on method.

4.3 The Company is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

5. Risk of Loss & Insurance

5.1 Risk passes to the Buyer once goods are handed over to the Buyer or their nominated carrier.

5.2 Unless otherwise agreed, goods are insured by the Company until physical delivery is completed.

5.3 Shipment tracking details will be provided where applicable.
